Site Selection:

• Lift Location: Requires a 220V, 30 amp, single-phase, grounded electrical source. Ensure enough space is available for safe operation and unrestricted movement.
• Overhead Area: Ensure the area is free of obstructions like heaters, electrical lines, doors, and lights.
• Floor Area: Inspect the installation site for cracked or defective concrete.

Floor Requirements:

• A level floor is recommended for proper installation and level lifting. Small differences in slope may be adjusted with shimming.
• If the floor slope is questionable, consider surveying the site or pouring a new concrete slab.
• New concrete must cure for at least 30 days before installation.
• Do not install on asphalt, expansion seams, or cracked/defective concrete.
• Do not install on a second/elevated floor without consulting a building architect.
